Solid Maple Wood Perfect Pastry Board with Walnut Cleat. Designed with input from our customer-community of bakers, and sustainably made, these pastry boards have all the features you want for making perfect pie crusts, pasta, breads, cookies and more. The large size is made of sturdy maple with a handsome Walnut edge-cleat that holds the board securely against your counterﾀﾙs edge while rolling out dough. The more compact version is the perfect gift for apartment-dwellers and small space lovers. At 20 x 15ﾀﾝ inches, with a Maple edge-cleat, the board still allows ample surface for rolling out pastry dough, or getting a pizza prepped. The engraved rulers and guide marks make pastry-making a joy. Includes edge rulers and markings for various diameter rounds. The large size also includes a handy corner pin rest to keep your rolling pin from getting away. Maple board with an American Black Walnut cleat (large) and Maple board with Maple counter cleat (small), finished in our mineral oil and beeswax.
This board has a lifetime guarantee, but please be sure to take good care: Wash gently with warm, soapy water after each use. Do not soak your board in water or put in dishwasher. Towel dry your board after washing, and allow it to air dry thoroughly. Condition your board regularly with JK Adams Mineral Oil or Beeswax Wood Conditioner. Do not use your board in microwave.
