Accessibility

We want everyone who visits Hoot Judkins Furniture, online or in our showroom, to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.

Our Commitment

Hoot Judkins is committed to making our website accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 as our guide, with Level AA as our target. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for the "Hoot" Judkins Furniture website.

How Are We Doing

We regularly review our website and continue working toward full Level AA accessibility. Some content, such as financing applications or other tools provided by third parties, may not be fully within our control, but we work with our partners to support an accessible experience.

Let Us Know What You Think

If you have difficulty using any part of our website, please give us a call. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff can help you find products, answer questions about wood, finishes, and sizing, and place your order by phone. If you plan to visit our Redwood City showroom and need any assistance, let us know before your visit and we’ll be glad to help. Whether you enjoyed using our website or ran into trouble, we’d like to hear from you. We aim to respond to all accessibility feedback within two business days.
