No Contact Curbside & In-Home Delivery, Shipping & Will Call Information

During the check-out process, you will have the choice to either pick up your furniture at our store in Redwood City or pay extra for curbside or in-home delivery. If you live beyond Northern California, we can provide a shipping quote. If you choose to have items that are in-stock to be delivered, we will contact you within one business day to schedule the delivery. If the item is out of stock and needs to be ordered, we will contact you when the order arrives. If you choose to pick up your furniture, please see our Will Call Policy below.

Delivery & Shipping Zones:

  • Northern California Residents: We offer curbside and in-home delivery with assembly at a minimum cost of $80. Rates are based on zip code and are flat fees regardless of the number of pieces. This service is performed by Hoot Judkins employees using our own trucks. Quotes are available in checkout.
  • Continental US Residents: We offer curbside, threshold, and in-home white glove shipping services using an independent shipping contractor. Email Info@hootjudkins.com for a shipping quote. The minimum shipping fee is $300.

Delivery & Shipping Choices:

Curbside delivery (Northern California):

  • The Hoot Judkins delivery crew will provide a no-contact curbside delivery and will take every measure to ensure the safety of customers and our crew.
  • We will maintain a 6-foot distance and you will confirm receipt by text or email.
  • Prior to your delivery, we will consult with you on where you would like your items placed. Options include your garage or outside of your home.
  • "Hoot" Judkins will confirm an approximate delivery time the evening prior to the delivery. Every effort will be made to arrive within this time period.
  • The set-up of merchandise is not included unless specified on the sales slip (a fee will be applied).
  • Please notify your salesperson if your new furniture needs to be carried upstairs. Furniture will only be brought upstairs if there is a notification on your receipt.
  • Delivery personnel is prohibited from relocating your existing furniture or household items.
  • If you are not home during the specified delivery time a second delivery charge may apply.

In-Home Delivery in Marin County, San Francisco County, San Mateo County, Santa Clara Couty, Alameda County, Contra Costa County and most of Santa Cruz County:

  • Purchase of In-Home delivery enrolls you automatically in our "Owls Nest" loyalty program for 12 months.
  • Any additional purchase you make within 12 months will be delivered FOR FREE.
  • Assembly fees on select items such as bunk beds, storage beds, and wall units may apply.
  • The Hoot Judkins delivery crew will provide a no-contact delivery and will take every measure to ensure the safety of customers and our crew.
  • We will maintain a 6-foot distance and you will confirm receipt by text or email.
  • Prior to your delivery, please have the area cleared where your new furniture is to be placed.
  • "Hoot" Judkins will confirm an approximate 2-hour delivery time in the afternoon prior to the delivery. Every effort will be made to arrive within this time period.

  • Hoot Judkins will use an independent shipping contractor to ship items boxed to your curbside. 4-Hour delivery appointments will be made in advance.
  • The customer is responsible for the removal and disposal of packaging.
  • Returned items and warranty claims are subject to management approval and will be shipped at the customer's expense.
  • Shipping in-stock furniture takes approximately 3 to 5 weeks.
  • The customer must agree to terms of shipping and returns in advance.

Threshold Shipping (Continental US):

  • Hoot Judkins will provide a shipping quote based on the number of pieces, size, and weight of each piece. The minimum fee is $350.
  • Hoot Judkins will use an independent shipping contractor to ship items. The driver will bring the boxed items and place them inside your front door. 4-Hour delivery appointments will be made in advance.
  • The customer is responsible for the removal and disposal of packaging.
  • Returned items and warranty claims are subject to management approval and will be shipped at the customer's expense.
  • Shipping in-stock furniture takes approximately 3-5 weeks.
  • The customer must agree to terms of shipping and returns in advance.

White-Glove Shipping (Continental US):

  • Hoot Judkins will provide a shipping quote based on the number of pieces, size, and weight of each piece. If items require assembly, a quote will be included to perform this service. The minimum fee is $400.
  • Hoot Judkins will use an independent shipping contractor to ship items. The driver will bring the boxed items into the home. Packing will be removed and disposed of. Items will be placed in the home in the desired location. 4-Hour delivery appointments will be made in advance.
  • Returned items and warranty claims are subject to management approval and will be shipped at the customer's expense.
  • Shipping in-stock furniture takes approximately 3 to 5 weeks.
  • The customer must agree to terms of shipping and returns in advance.

Will Call Policy

  • No contact will call is available. You are welcome to come into our store. Or, you may stay in your vehicle and call us when you arrive. No signature is required.
  • If there is a balance due on the order, you can pay ahead over the phone with a credit card if you do not want to enter our store.
  • Our address is 1269 Veterans Blvd. in Redwood City, CA.
  • Will call hours are Monday through Friday 10am to 5:30pm, Saturday 9:30am to 4:30pm and Sunday 11:30am to 4:30pm. (Holiday hours may vary.)
  • Customers choosing to "will call" their purchase are responsible for providing any needed padding and supplies necessary to secure their load. "Hoot" Judkins employees are not responsible for securing loads.
  • We do not assume any liability for "will call" merchandise once it has left our facility, other than warranty issues.
