I am looking at your American Made Izzie Sofa with Upgrade Frame Support. Can you please tell me if the cushions are on the softer or firmer side. I really would like a softer seat. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your interest. Soft vs Firm is a very subjective issue. Some people find the standard cushion too soft, others prefer it. I would recommend visiting the showroom to tryout the different cushion types in person.
