Does the measurement include the crown at the top? Our area is exactly 117 1/2 so no extra room if not

117" is the overall size, but we can shrink the TV console an inch or two smaller at no charge to give yourself a bit more room. You can also do a 66" console instead of the 70" shown here. If you have any other questions, let me know. Vicki
