Do your products have a Prop 65 warning?

Guess what.... solid wood furniture contains wood dust.... so literally every single item we sell has that warning on it. About 5 years ago a (predatory) law firm in Berkeley was sending shoppers into furniture stores (large and small) and had them find something in the store without a warning label and purchase it. They then sued every store on behalf of the citizens of CA. Of course, no case ever went to trial. They settled every case beforehand. It cost us $10,000. The firm raked in millions.
