Are any of your cutting boards in Maple not glued?

End grain boards are made of a number of smaller pieces of wood that are glued facing upward so the end grain forms the cutting surface. This is gentler on knives and hides cut marks. The boards are made by hand in Dorset, Vermont, from sustainably harvested North American hardwood, finished in mineral oil and beeswax, and carry a lifetime guarantee. You will not see boards as one piece of wood, as this is much more likely to warp and crack when washed. This builder stands behind their lifetime guarantee.
