The table features a maple and oiled-rubbed bronze iron base and reversed bevel top for clean, modern styling. 78" table comfortably seats 6 but will also accommodate 8 guests. Choice of finish on iron base available. Pair with matching Jefferson side chairs and buffet.

Barkman Furniture uses this kind of finish simply because it is the most durable finish available for use on fine hardwoods. It will resist moisture and damage from almost all household fluids, foods and chemicals. Even nail polish remover will not damage the product. Unlike a less costly lacquer-based product, which is softer and more susceptible to moisture damage, a catalyzed conversion varnish will provide durable protection for years.
